Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026. Please read these before booking or paying through this website.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and 10:10 Family Clinic & Therapeutic Services Ltd (“10:10”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Nigeria, for any use of this website, including the contact form and the assessment booking flow.

RC Number 9830956 (Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria). Registered office: No. 8, Dangana Street, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.

2. Not a diagnosis or emergency service

The multidisciplinary assessment questionnaire on this website is a screening and referral tool. It helps us recommend which professionals your child should see; it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace a clinical assessment carried out in person. This website is not for emergencies. If your child or family member is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital.

3. Booking and information you give us

You confirm that the information you give us about yourself and your child, including in the screening questionnaire, is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You can add more than one child to a single booking. We recommend professionals and a fee tier based on your answers; our clinical team may adjust this recommendation once they meet your child, in which case we will let you know before any further charge.

4. Fees and payment

Fees for each service are shown on our Services page and are confirmed again before you pay. Assessment fees depend on how many professionals are recommended for each child. You can pay online by card, bank transfer or OPay through our payment providers, Paystack and OPay, or by direct bank transfer to the account shown on our Contact page.

A booking paid by direct transfer is not treated as confirmed until we have checked it against our bank records; we will contact you to confirm your appointment once we have.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

We know plans change, especially with children. Please give us as much notice as you can.

  • Before an appointment is scheduled: if you have paid but we have not yet confirmed a date and time with you, you can cancel for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees charged by Paystack or OPay that are not returned to us.
  • Rescheduling: once an appointment is confirmed, you can move it free of charge if you tell us at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
  • Late cancellation or a missed appointment: with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not attend without telling us, the fee for that appointment is not refunded, since that time was reserved for you. Contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to find another slot.
  • If we need to cancel: if we cancel, or cannot offer an appointment within a reasonable time, you will receive a full refund, or we will reschedule at no extra cost, whichever you prefer.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10 working days, minus any processing fees our payment providers do not return to us. If you paid by direct bank transfer and we were unable to confirm the payment, we have not received any fee and there is nothing for us to refund; please check with your bank or OPay.

6. Appointments and scheduling

Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you with an appointment date and time, and send a calendar invite and a reminder. If none of our team has an available slot within a reasonable time, we will contact you directly to arrange one rather than leave a booking unscheduled.

7. Your privacy

How we collect, use and protect the personal and health information you give us, especially about your child, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own negligence causing personal injury.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top will always show when. Continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

11. Contact us

Questions about these terms can be sent to 10familyclinic@gmail.com or by phone on 08102903701.

These terms are a plain-language draft prepared for the clinic's review, including the cancellation and refund policy in section 5. They have not been checked by a Nigerian lawyer and should be before the site accepts real payments.
